Solution or improvement method: Adjust the needle fixing bolt to ensure that the needle is in the center position of the ampoule mouth during injection; Connect a buffer ball in parallel to the drug feeding pipeline, with one end connected to the drug tube through an eight way connection and the other end closed. The ball contains 2/3 volume of drug solution, or clip an adjustable clip on the drug feeding pipeline to control the drug dosage, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of needle residue; Change the tip of the needle to three or two holes for dispensing and extend it 1-2 mm below the neck of the ampoule during infusion. By using this method, it can not only overcome the splashing of medication during infusion, but also reduce the phenomenon of residual drops on the needle head; Adjust the infusion cam and start infusion at the point where the needle extends to the neck of the ampoule. Stop infusion before the needle is lifted to avoid the adhesion of traditional Chinese medicine solution to the neck wall during the movement of the needle. Another processing method is to use a frequency converter to slow down the speed and adapt to high concentration or viscous liquids.
Inventory issues
Common problem: The loading capacity is unstable, and adjusting the loading nut also does not work. Reason for occurrence: The core of the irrigation device is not tightly sealed with the outer sleeve; Uneven spring force; The applicator is not fixed inside the sleeve. Solution: Replace the matching and tight applicator; Replace with a new spring; Add a washer or wrap adhesive tape at the contact between the dispenser and the sleeve to fix the dispenser inside the sleeve; Regularly check and adjust the loading nut for looseness, and promptly remove any debris at the bottom of the nut.
